EQUIP serves as a training meeting to teach, equip with skills and empower by the Spirit Pastors and their leadership teams on how to become effective shepherds.
In EQUIP there will be a transference of knowledge into your life every time you attend.
Attending EQUIP will help you to clarify your values. A lot of times, it is not as though ministers are not working, but they are building on the wrong foundations. You may be doing something but you may not be doing what makes it work.
Coming for EQUIP gives you the opportunity to receive the communication of the Spirit through the laying on of hands. I found out that certain things are easier caught than learned. You can hear a sermon on prayer and still not pray but when you pray with someone who prays, you will pray.
