About EQUIP
I was studying one day and the Lord laid a meeting called ‘EQUIP’ in my heart. This meeting was going to be a meeting with Pastors. Initially when we started it held on the last Tuesday of every month but now it holds on the last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of every month.
The acronyms EQUIP stands for; E – Encouraging, Q – Quality, U – Unity, I – Integrity in P – Pastors. Hence EQUIP means Encouraging Quality, Unity and Integrity in Pastors.
As you attend EQUIP expect the communication of the Spirit and the impartation of the grace of God as hands are laid on you. Ministers always come back to testify about the grace that has started working in their lives, more so that their church has started growing.

During EQUIP expect to be informed, instructed and Imparted and the kingdom of God will be advanced.
Pastors are challenged to go for excellence in whatever they do; in their personal lives and especially on how they carry out the work of the ministry. They are taught practically on how to add quality to what they do no matter how small the work and how limited the resources they have. They are made to understand that excellence comes in quotients.
For us in EQUIP, where we are now is not where we want to be but we are starting from where we are and we will keep on going from glory to glory. That is why we said that excellence comes in quotients.
